I started my real estate career at a traditional brick-and-mortar big brand brokerage in McCall, Idaho — because that’s what everyone did. But it didn’t take long to realize the old-school model wasn’t built for the kind of business (or life) I wanted to create. I wanted multiple streams of income, modern marketing (hello Tik Tok home tours), cutting-edge technology, access to blow-your-mind AI tools, and a network that collaborates rather than competes. 💰 80/20 commission split
🏠 $16,000 cap, then just $250 per transaction
⚡️ $149 startup fee (incl: 1st month’s Cloud Brokerage fee)
☁️ $85/month Cloud Brokerage fee
🛡️ $40 risk management fee (capped at $500 annually)
📋 $25 broker review per transaction
