If you’ve been in real estate for more than a year, you know the industry is changing, fast. The agents who adapt will thrive, and the ones who don’t? Well, they’ll keep wondering why their listings sit and their content flops. Enter AI – the best real estate growth tools.

For me, AI hasn’t replaced my work, it’s amplified it. Plus, it helps me move faster, communicate better, and create systems that let me spend more time connecting with people, not less. Here’s how I’m using AI to build a smarter, stronger, more sustainable real estate business, and how you can, too.

Modern mountain bedroom in McCall, Idaho featuring natural light, layered bedding, and large windows with forest views. With text on screen that reads: How I'm using AI to build my real estate business. How to use AI as real estate growth tools

1. I Use AI to Create My Personalized Client Journeys

Instead of relying on cookie-cutter follow-up templates that most big brokerages supply, I use AI to design personalized communication flows. Plus, each one is built around tone, timeline, and motivation, meaning a luxury second-home buyer doesn’t get the same touchpoints as a first-time investor.

Tools I use: ChatGPT, Flodesk, Notion, and Sphere CRM.
AI helps me write like me: warm, approachable, and human, but with consistency that saves me hours every week.

2. I Use AI to Analyze and Forecast Markets Smarter

McCall, Idaho is a unique real estate market, part vacation home, part investment hub, part full-time residents. AI tools like ChatGPT help me quickly model “what-if” scenarios: rental projections, property ROI, and seasonal trends.

Instead of relying on gut feelings or outdated comps, I’m giving clients real numbers that have been analyzed by my AI Agent (more on this later).

3. I Use AI to Turn My Ideas Into Evergreen Marketing Systems

I feed AI my brand voice, audience details, and past content, then use it to generate repurposing frameworks for every platform, for example, blogs, YouTube, reels, Pinterest pins, and newsletters. In fact, it’s not about creating more content, it’s about creating smarter content.

For this reason, the process turns one original idea into 10 branded assets that sound like me, not a bot.

4. I Use AI to Train My Own Digital Assistant (Host Mode)

I’ve built an AI-powered Short-Term Rental coaching assistant, trained on my Built & Booked Blueprint, that answers questions, provides resources, and helps my community get support 24/7. It’s like cloning my brain for all things short-term rentals.

For agents, this concept translates easily: create a digital assistant trained on your business. It’s modern client care that scales. I mean, how does this not get you excited. I’m smiling as I type this because I truly feel lucky to be alive during this AI revolution. I’m not scared of it. I’m fully embracing it. Real estate growth tools are now 100% AI for me.

5. I Use AI to Recruit Through Story, Not Spam

Most agent attraction feels salesy and robotic, ironically, that’s what AI should fix. I use AI to help me write personalized outreach, create video scripts that sound like conversations, and tailor my recruiting emails.

AI doesn’t replace connection. It just helps me connect with the right people, faster.

The Future Is Human, and AI

AI isn’t here to take your job. It’s here to take the boring parts of your job so you can get back to the part that matters: relationships.

After building and selling a tech company in the wine industry, I brought that same business mindset to real estate, using social media, modern marketing, and AI to grow a brand that attracts clients and opportunity.

Now, I help other agents do the same: build scalable businesses, attract dream clients, and create freedom through multiple income streams, from real estate sales to revenue share.
